Additional information for a hobbyst : It is critical that the aquarium has a tight fitting and secured lid that is extremely strong. asian arowana are avid jumpers and can easily knock a heavy glass lid onto the floor! Many an asian arowana has been lost this way. They do not tolerate poor water quality, so excellent filtration along with frequent partial water changes of 25% to 70% or more everyday is required to keep nitrates low.
Their tank should be placed in low traffic area to keep the asian arowana from getting frightened by sudden movements. Sudden movements around their aquarium should be avoided. Lighting should preferably be dimmed instead of suddenly turning it on or off. A scared or agitated Arowana can easily injure itself.

Green Arowana Arowana/Arowana Pino has body color a bit greenish at the scales. For the fins and tail are colored a bit dark brownish. Maybe this is the thing that makes it less attractive in the eyes of the arowana hobbyists. However that does not mean there is no hobbyists want to keep this type.
When compared with the red tail golden arowana, green arowana loses in color. red tail golden arowana has a golden colour on the scales, and on the fins and tail reddish colored. Of course its appeal is higher when compared to the green arowana that looks plain colors.
But back to the taste and interest. There's also some hobbyists that felt that the green color on the green arowana is more interesting than the red and gold colors of the other arowana. There is no doubt there are varieties of prices. Better price is usually more expensive. For those of you who recently got interested to keep green arowana, there is no harm if you choose green arowana as an option. At least the classes are still higher then silver arowana brazil.
So sorry for all of you who read this post, i have no video for green arowana.
But i have a video of the premium blue base super red arowana below :

Arowana Super Red is pure and originally from Indonesia ( Pontianak City - Kalimantan Barat ) and this type is the most preferred by the hobbyists, maybe because of the red color.
That's why this type is familiar called super red arowana ( More Red = More Expensive ), but some of them not red.

You have to know and make sure the parents genetik first before you buy this type, many seller or farmer give some guarantee they fish come from good red genetic, but more better if you see the parent stock first.
Buy and maintain super red arowana will give you a lot of things and a bit of variation that motivated you to attempt to make the color of your fish becomes red (according your expectations).
Genetic is not enough, the food is also a factor to make the color of your fish become more red.
The recommended food is shrimp, why should the shrimp? the answer is shrimp contain astaxanthin.
What is astaxanthin? Please click this writing > Astaxanthin
You need to know that the super red arowana fish which is comes from the river and the weather in habitat very very very very very hot.
That is why sometimes the seller or farmer suggested you to buy and use tanning lamps so that the fish is always in top condition and tanning lamp makes your fish become more red.
So that's why I say keep and maintain this fish can give little variations also with little risk, use tanning lamp make super red arowana eyes can going drop time after time.

Step by step of color according to the size of the super red arowana :

So fantastic, but that's a hobby, a lot of people want to spend money for a hobby with an unreasonable price.
Well, for the hobbyists who will start to keep these fish,i recommend to start with different type and the price not too expensive first.
You can start from Arowana Silver Brazil and try to handle it until the fish going bigger and after that you can go up to the next level ( Jardini Arowana or Green Arowana ).
Alright then, I'll be back to meet you in the next post. Bye....
